
Refund Policy

Skyhaus Media is committed to providing high-quality creative services. Due to the nature of our work, we follow the refund policy outlined below:

1. Non-Refundable Retainers
All projects require a non-refundable retainer to reserve your time on our calendar. This retainer covers pre-production planning, admin, and creative preparation, and is not refundable under any circumstances.

2. Service-Based Work
Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable. This includes time spent on creative direction, filming, editing, or any other services delivered up to that point.

3. Project Cancellations
If a client cancels:

Before work begins: Only the retainer is retained.

After work begins: Partial refunds may be considered based on services completed.

After final delivery: No refunds will be issued.​
4. Delays Caused by Client
If project delays are caused by a lack of communication, missing materials, or delayed approvals from the client, the project may be paused or terminated with no refund issued.

5. Revisions
Standard revision rounds are included in most packages. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur added fees, but are not grounds for a refund.
